Tenvia updates

A clear record
of what changed.

Website improvements and product availability are described separately, so you can see what each update means for your evaluation.

· Website scope and demonstration update

Test the design before it reaches the site.

The six capability areas now explain Protocol Preflight, eligibility and visit feasibility, investigator and patient/public design perspectives, technology burden and amendment handoff. A third fictional example compares conflicting imaging-window instructions and keeps unknown site and patient burden visible.

Product scope, buyer resources, review roles, Trust questions and the website guide have been updated together. These are public examples and planned capabilities; customer availability and controls must be confirmed for the evaluated release.

· Website and demonstration update

Historical changes. Focused review. A clearer decision.

Explore a fictional historical eligibility amendment alongside the collection-schedule demo. Inspect original and amended wording, missing outcome evidence, overlapping specialist perspectives and the rationale retained with each draft revision.

  • Historical amendment evidence and role-based attention throughout the product story.
  • Patient and site burden explained with assumptions and unknowns.
  • Updated buyer answers, sales guide, Trust questions and printable evaluation resources.
  • Two new protocol-practice discussion guides.

These are public website examples. Live historical retrieval, customer review controls and future operational learning require their own release evidence.

· Buyer resources

Practical answers for your evaluation.

The feature list, file guide, source table and Trust document list show what you can explore publicly and what needs confirmation for customer use. A four-stage evaluation plan and printable scorecard help teams assess quality, effort and handover.

This updates the website. It does not announce a customer product release or new security or quality assurance.

· Website update

A simpler introduction to Protocol Intelligence.

The homepage now brings change exploration forward and explains the product through three ideas: develop together, understand the consequences and keep the reasoning.

  • A dedicated interactive protocol experience: compare collection schedules, explore three specialist perspectives and follow the reasoning into an example decision. No sign-up needed.
  • A new company story and clearer mission.
  • A plain-English protocol and data guide with AI questions.
  • An evaluation guide covering team access, commercial scope and handover.
  • A calculator for estimating current review effort using your own figures.

This update changes the public website. It does not announce a new clinical product release, live integration or production control.

Availability and support

Know what you are evaluating.

Public examples use sample data. The capabilities, service arrangements and evidence for a customer deployment must be confirmed for that engagement.

Is this a live system-status monitor?

No. This page does not report uptime or live incidents. For a contracted service, agree the status and incident-notification channel, support coverage and escalation process.

Where are product release notes?

No clinical product release is announced here. Confirm the release, supported capabilities and change documentation supplied for your evaluation. Website updates are not evidence of production readiness.

How do we report a problem or ask for help?

Use the contact form to send a non-confidential description. Do not include patient data, study files or credentials. Response commitments follow the agreed service terms.
