The public website is for business information and enquiries. It is not a route for patient information, confidential protocols or regulated study records.
Website sales guide
Review what you choose to share.
The Tenvia sales guide uses controlled product responses without sending your questions to an AI provider. The conversation and optional enquiry context remain in browser memory while the guide is open. Closing the guide clears its conversation; the full-page guide clears when you leave or reload. This does not describe ordinary website hosting requests or a submitted enquiry.
The guide does not save a conversation or automatically submit it to HubSpot.
Only questions you explicitly add are included in a prepared brief. Review and edit it before sharing.
When you continue with a reviewed brief, it is attached as metadata to your HubSpot form submission. Only submitting the form sends an enquiry. You can also submit contact details without a brief.
Information you provide
Business contact information is used to respond to your enquiry.
If you submit a demo or supplier-review enquiry, your contact details and any reviewed enquiry brief are submitted through HubSpot and used to contact you and discuss your request. If you email Tenvia, the information you choose to provide is used for correspondence, managing the business relationship, supplier checks and steps you request before a potential agreement.
